The backyard is delightful and charming. Back to the location... It's a 30 second journey to get to one of Santa Barbara's treasured parks. Once there, one can go left or right or straight to the bluff above the ocean. The staircase to the beach is directly across from La Plata! So much space to see with so much to enjoy! Joggers, walkers, BBQ's, picnics, parties, celebrations, sail boats, and the occasional cruise ship. And a fabulous place to watch July 4th fireworks. This is why we live here, right? La Plata is one of the lesser traveled streets on this section of The Mesa. Just down the hill to the left is an iconic view of the coastline of Leadbetter beach.
