Timm represented my parents and through his determination and patience helped them to sell land, and buy their dream home.

My mom then told me to "Go with Timm ! ! !".

I did and it sold at the highest price possible given the fact that it needed various expensive upgrades and that was factored into the price. All hell was breaking loose in our economy as we listed it in April.

Timm represented me on a very complicated foreclosure and subsequent sale. His skill and attention to detail is second to none. I'm a +20 year commercial real estate broker and was extremely impressed with his market knowledge, professionalism and mastery of the fine art of deal making. Additionally, he always had time for my calls and always was one or two (three??) steps ahead of me strategically planning for our next moves. He was much more of a partner than an agent.
