Upstairs there is the primary suite, contemporary kitchen, living room with tv, fireplace and a large balcony with a table and chairs for alfresco dining. The upstairs bathroom has a floating tub with breathtaking ocean views. The downstairs has a bedroom, a loft with another bed, and a half bathroom. There are two outside showers. The laundry is inside the double garage (only area without a view). There is additional parking on the driveway and on the street.
