There are hardwood floors though out the house and a down-filled pull out sofa for extra guests. The gated, enclosed private patio area has Teak lounge chairs, a dining table with chairs and a small grassy area. Also included is a 4 person spa located adjacent to the patio area, perfect for winding down after a hard day at the beach. Located a short proximity to beautiful downtown Summerland which features small independent quality restaurants, tons of antique shops and is minutes to downtown Montecito & Santa Barbara. There is a gourmet market nearby and the house is a few blocks from Summerland Beach. Summerland is a small eclectic beach town and although it offers many things to do, it does not have a big city feel.
